Operation What’s Next provides mentors to enhance education, while promoting community involvement. The vision is to create an integrated community where business, spiritual, and government leaders are invested in the knowledge of all citizens to build a better society.
At Operation What’s Next, we believe that through positive mentorship our mentees will be able to set and accomplish attainable goals in education and career choices. This interaction will reinforce productive individual characteristics, such as integrity, knowledge, initiative, and dependability, while instilling a sense of duty to contribute, appreciate and respect mentor-mentee relationships, enabling them to become better team members and active citizens in their communities.
Operation What’s Next will provide outstanding mentorship and guidance to young adults that will give them the tools to enhance their career potential.
Operation What’s Next is classified a Public Charity under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, which is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and physical fitness purposes, including, to seek and provide mentors to build character, enhance education, while promoting community involvement for students and young adults.
